Training «Train-the-Trainer Training: Advanced» with the HERE team participation (7-9.12.2020)

On 7-9 December 2020 an English-language three-day training “Train-the-Trainer Training: Advanced” was held for trainers to strengthen their experience, skills and abilities, as well as for a shared vision of different situations. Trainers from the QAA and representatives of the NAQA joined the event.

The first two days of the training were conducted in English without translation. Speakers Ian WELCH and Alison FELCHE helped the trainers understand the peculiarities of leadership and management at each stage of the examination, the approach to the accreditation of third-level programs, the best techniques for obtaining the necessary supporting arguments and facts, creating a quality report based on them.

On 9 December event was held in Ukrainian and addressed local features and visions. During the training, the Deputy Head of the National Agency Natalia STUKALO raised the issue of implementing the values of the National Agency in the activities of trainers. The Head of the Secretariat Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ (HERE team) proposed for discussion the drafts of the form of processing the results of accreditation by experts and the training program for “advanced” experts. Jointly with the participants, the Deputy Heads of the National Agency Andriy BUTENKO and Olena YEREMENKO analyzed the challenges in the approaches to the already familiar cases.
